About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage cash operations throughout the assigned territory
- Replenish ATM cash inventories
- Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls
- Deliver coin orders and process deposits
- Follow cash handling and security procedures
- Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently
- Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment
- Clear ATM jams and replenish receipt paper
- Perform machine diagnostics and reboot equipment
- Install software updates
- Escalate advanced issues to the skilled technical support team
- Build strong customer relationships
- Respond to customer needs professionally
- Communicate with dispatch and operations teams
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required, including heavy items
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Preferred: Cash handling experience
- Preferred: Route-based service experience
- Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience
- Preferred: Experience working in a customer-facing field environment
