About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products
- Perform scheduled and requested cash replenishment and coin removal
- Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or Cash Depot staff
- Communicate inventory and support requests accurately and promptly
- Complete administrative paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other customer-focused measures
- Assist and train other technicians, including ride-along training
- Follow all security procedures and policies
- Maintain a professional personal and vehicle image
- Maintain required inventory standards
- Attend training in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies in ATM and Air products
- Identify and recommend efficiency improvements
- Work independently with minimal supervision while operating as a team player
- Travel within an assigned territory and operate at customer locations, estimated at 50% of the shift
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Ability to work safely when lifting and performing position-related tasks
- Experience in troubleshooting or electromechanical work
- Ability to follow the expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multitask, think critically, and solve problems
- Ability to adapt to workplace changes or assignment of duties
- Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 875 lbs. with lifting equipment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
