About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for Siemens Healthineers capital imaging equipment and digital solutions for healthcare providers
  • Generate sales of Siemens imaging systems to hospitals and imaging centers in the assigned territory
  • Meet and exceed applicable sales quotas to increase market share
  • Develop, build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Implement sales strategies for different customers at appropriate times
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, Marketing and Sales personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
  • Analyze customer workflows and business models to provide consultative solutions
  • Develop and present quarterly territory sales plans with the Regional Vice President
  • Forecast possible deals for the quarter and year
  • Keep current with industry trends and the Cassling product portfolio through training, sales meetings, trade shows, conventions and seminars

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successful candidates must reside in the Western Colorado area
  • BS/BA in Business or relevant work experience
  • Minimum three years of sales experience involving complex bundled deals
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales
  • Medical capital equipment experience is a huge plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level
  • Oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create multi-year strategic deals
  • Strong ethics and unwavering integrity
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to effectively leverage others
  • Openness to coaching and occasional ride-alongs with the Regional Vice President
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75% or more) to cover the territory
  • Ability to work beyond a normal 40-hour work week with irregular hours
  • Ability to cover every assigned account in a minimally structured and loosely supervised environment
  • Must remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy
  • Must maintain DMV record according to the company Fleet policy
  • Must adhere to hospital credentialing requirements, including annual immunization, drug screening and background checks
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, talk and hear
  • Travel required at 60% to 75%
