Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist customers with their projects by ensuring their product orders are made available (delivery, click and collect, etc.)
  • Recommend the services best suited to customers’ needs
  • Help grow the store’s customer portfolio by following up on quotations
  • Manage and coordinate installation services for customers in partnership with approved tradespeople, in line with the store’s operating procedures
  • Handle after-sales service requests and offer customers suitable solutions
  • Manage the vehicle rental service
