About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the company mission and business structure to support its people
Lead the Talent Acquisition team in onboarding critical talent based on company objectives
Drive innovation in sourcing, recruitment, and selection, including research, screening, interviewing, and job offers
Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators
Ensure alignment across workstreams for a consistent and positive candidate experience
Mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team
Support employment offer design with HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal partners
Ensure recruitment practices compliance
Manage, plan, and control department expenses
Promote inclusion and diversity in candidate selection
Develop the executive talent selection process
Partner with clients and HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other teams to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree preferred; graduate degree or equivalent desirable
8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in management and/or Human Resources Talent Acquisition
Productive and effective team leadership of robust Talent Acquisition teams
Expertise in Talent Acquisition innovation, strategy, and tactics
Executive talent selection experience
