Key responsibilities & impact

Manage cross-departmental projects from ideation to completion, ensuring clear scope, planning, communication, stakeholder alignment, and measurable value realization
Shape, enforce, and improve internal EPMO processes
Facilitate adoption of EPMO processes, standards, and guidelines across teams
Engage stakeholders to understand operating models, systems, and pain points and identify improvement opportunities
Lead optimization initiatives to diagnose processes, identify bottlenecks, enhance workflows, improve quality, and reduce waste
Facilitate workshops to capture, document, and prioritize business requirements
Translate requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs and review them with business and technology stakeholders
Support business cases and cost-benefit analyses for prioritization and investment decisions
Provide internal consulting on process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, solution design, and performance standards or metrics
Assist teams in adapting to new processes and facilitate smooth transitions as a change manager
Plan and deliver change activities, including stakeholder impact analysis, communications, and training
Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure change effectiveness and confirm benefit realization
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to business processes
Identify opportunities to improve PMO productivity and champion responsible AI adoption in line with data privacy and security policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or equivalent qualifications/experience
3+ years in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordination, or Business Operations role
Experience working within a technology environment and/or igaming
Experience supporting mid- to large-scale projects using Predictive, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies or structured project management practices
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping (e.g. BPMN), and solution design
Strong understanding and practical experience applying change management, continuous improvement, and lean management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders from C-level through all organizational layers
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart, and project management tools
Demonstrated hands-on use of generative AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT, including strong prompting skills and understanding of AI limitations and responsible use
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier is a plus
Lean Six Sigma Belt, Value Stream Management, or Lean Management certification is a plus
Project Management certification such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, or PRINCE2 AGILE and/or Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus
Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 is a plus
