About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct functional, UI/UX, and performance testing for WordPress websites
  • Test website responsiveness across different devices and browsers

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members throughout the development cycle
  • Work within Agile sprints
  • Contribute to automated testing
  • Produce user documentation after successful testing
  • Work on multiple projects while maintaining high standards and test coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience testing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing
  • Familiarity with website performance tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (a plus)
  • Experience with testing tools such as Lighthouse or WordPress debugging tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues of all levels
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and Agile development processes
  • Experience writing clear and organized manual test cases and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines
