About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Microsoft enablement program end to end and extend the model to other hyperscaler/ISV partners over time
  • Build enablement content including pitch decks, battlecards, use case guides, solution briefs, demo narratives, and FAQs
  • Run enablement workshops, training sessions, and office hours
  • Work with Microsoft alliance managers, partner development managers, and field leadership to drive territory-level readiness, co-sell registration, and pipeline activation
  • Equip Causaly sales, customer success, and solutions teams to co-sell effectively with Microsoft
  • Build onboarding and certification paths for partner sellers and Causaly hires
  • Maintain a centralized enablement repository and consistent positioning and messaging
  • Translate complex scientific workflows into commercial narratives for enterprise pharma customers
  • Develop use case playbooks across drug discovery, translational research, competitive intelligence, clinical development, safety/regulatory, and medical affairs
  • Work with scientific SMEs and product teams to simplify technical concepts and articulate customer value and ROI
  • Support launch readiness for new platform capabilities and joint Microsoft initiatives, including marketplace listings and co-branded campaigns
  • Establish repeatable co-sell motions with Microsoft, including Azure Marketplace transactability, deal registration, and joint account planning
  • Track enablement adoption and effectiveness, gather field feedback, and iterate
  • Support strategic industry events, workshops, and executive briefings as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in partnership/channel enablement, alliances, partner solutions consulting, or partner GTM strategy
  • Hands-on experience enabling or co-selling with Microsoft
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft field organization, co-sell process, and Azure Marketplace
  • Strong understanding of life sciences and pharmaceutical workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for commercial audiences
  • Experience creating enablement content and running training programs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Background in life sciences, biomedical informatics, healthcare AI, or scientific SaaS preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise software or AI platform sales preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's co-sell process, partner incentive/MCEM motions, and Azure Marketplace listing requirements preferred
  • Direct experience with pharmaceutical customers and scientific stakeholders preferred
  • Exposure to knowledge graphs, LLMs, AI agents, or biomedical data platforms preferred
  • Must be able to commit to working in the office 4 days per week
  • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the UK
