About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Business Unit and Sales leadership teams to manage and coordinate complex tender and proposal processes, from the initial customer inquiry through to final submission
  • Support the management team with organizational, commercial, and sales-related matters
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal processes relating to customer projects, tenders, and sales activities
  • Obtain and coordinate quotations from external partners and subcontractors to support pricing and proposal preparation
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and support due diligence processes
  • Assist with customer presentations, site visits, and sales meetings
  • Support the preparation of professional proposals and presentation materials
  • Monitor market trends, innovations, and developments in the facility management industry and incorporate relevant insights into the sales strategy
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners in day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable role, such as inside sales, bid management, project management, business support, or a coordinating position in facility management
  • Alternatively, practical experience in facility management combined with the motivation to develop toward a career in sales, business development, or management support
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility and driving initiatives independently in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment
  • Technical understanding and an interest in complex service and facility management solutions
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple topics reliably in parallel
  • High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident handling of figures and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
