About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the contract-compliant delivery of facility management services across a defined customer portfolio or assigned region
- Further develop and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement site- and customer-specific operations and maintenance concepts
- Take responsibility for the commercial management of assigned sites, including budget planning, forecasting, and achievement of financial targets
- Analyze operational and financial KPIs and implement appropriate measures
- Manage and develop service provider and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and compliance requirements while promoting a strong safety culture
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and support strategic customer development
- Lead, support, and develop assigned employees
- Plan resources and assignments while fostering a performance-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed technical degree, ideally in facility management, building services engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, successfully completed master craftsman or technician training or an equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in facility management, technical building management, or a comparable service-oriented environment
- Experience in the functional and disciplinary management and development of employees and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial understanding and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business performance indicators
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of relevant occupational safety, quality, and compliance requirements, as well as experience implementing QHSE processes
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
