About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German: C1 or native-level fluency (mandatory)
  • English: B2+ for training, tools, and overflow support
  • Ability to support customers primarily in German, with English overflow depending on daily demand
  • Successful completion of German and English language assessments
  • Availability for rotational shifts Monday–Friday and weekends
  • Availability during service hours of 08:00–00:00
  • Willingness to work from anywhere in Greece
  • Customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Experience or interest in travel-related problem solving, customer interaction, and fast-paced international environments
