About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or C1-level fluency in German (mandatory)
  • B2+ English proficiency for training, systems, and internal communication
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service
  • Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment, Monday–Friday and weekends
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece
  • Complete a German and English language assessment
