About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat and email
- Provide assistance with automotive and digital products

Requirements
What you’ll need- Native German or C1 German proficiency
- B2 English level
- Knowledge of automotive and digital products is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and computer skills
- Professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude
- Candidates already residing in Portugal will be given preference
- Relocation to Portugal may be supported in selected cases
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday following the German schedule
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts
