About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop working fluency in Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
- Maintain and improve reports and dashboards used by Finance and executive leadership
- Manage data quality and dimension governance across financial systems
- Perform ad-hoc corporate analysis for senior leadership
- Investigate business questions, determine answers, and explain findings clearly
- Support Monthly Operating Review, Board reporting, and investor relations materials through data analysis and visualization
- Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across source systems
- Recommend structural fixes rather than one-time patches
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to automate manual processes
- Reduce cycle time and error rates
- Build reusable tools, queries, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in an analytical role
- Strong Excel skills
- Comfort working with large, imperfect datasets
- Ability to read a P&L and reason about what drives the numbers
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Logical and structured thinking
- Comfort with ambiguous questions and asks
- Critical thinking and willingness to question outputs and how a number came to be
- Strong drive and individual ownership
- Interest in how a business operates end to end
- SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau exposure is a plus, not a requirement
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, or similar enterprise finance systems is a plus, not a requirement
- Video interview required
