About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Outbound Subrogation user experience, including prioritization of features, data capabilities, AI enhancements, and integrations
  • Translate market signals, customer research, and competitive intelligence into a clear product strategy
  • Set and track carrier metrics including dollars recovered, identification rate, cycle time, and ROI signals
  • Partner with data science and engineering on architecture, next-best-action, workflow design, and deployment and governance of LLM-based capabilities
  • Conduct customer research with recovery managers, subrogation adjusters, and carrier teams
  • Represent the user voice in product and prioritization conversations and maintain feedback loops between the field and roadmap
  • Contribute directly to working software alongside engineers using AI coding tools
  • Build and own the product ROI case and hold the product accountable to value measures
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing on go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and ROI narratives
  • Support active sales cycles as the product expert and articulate value to buyer stakeholders
  • Define product strategy, own the roadmap, shape architecture with engineering and data science, and serve as the product expert for carrier evaluations
  • Start as an individual contributor with a path to building and growing a team as the product scales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS (preferred); Principal designation will be determined based on scope and experience
  • At least one 0-to-1 product build or major relaunch in a startup or high-velocity environment
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven or data-intensive products with LLMs, scoring models, or ML pipelines as core components
  • Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction, plan for and track adoption, and support commercial outcomes
  • Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical (insurance, fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar); direct subrogation or claims experience is a meaningful differentiator
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and learning over extensive upfront planning
  • Experience with data pipelines, scoring models, LLM evaluation, and agentic workflow design
  • Ability to construct compelling ROI cases and support enterprise sales cycles
  • Video interview required
