About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build full-stack, AI-powered products in TypeScript and Python, from the data model and APIs to interfaces used by claims experts
Build services, data pipelines, integrations, and interfaces for auto casualty and injury claims products
Work on medical-bill AI products, claims decision-support products, and the Agentic Rules Platform
Work directly with product managers, ML and AI engineers, and claims experts
Own design documents, code reviews, reliability, security, and careful handling of sensitive health data
Prototype ideas quickly and develop durable production systems
Ship to production within the first month and independently work in the codebase
Own a product area and take features from idea to customers within six months

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong, hands-on full-stack skills in TypeScript and Python
Experience with a modern front-end framework, for example React
Backend services experience
Solid data modeling and relational database design, including multi-tenant systems
Track record of taking ambiguous problems to production, working closely with product and customers
Experience shipping faster with AI-assisted or agentic engineering tools, with examples you can walk us through
Experience building products on LLMs or AI agents is nice to have
Video interview required
