About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the community according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with the Board of Directors, vendors, and internal team
  • Prepare budgets, process timely payments, and complete monthly financials
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion of work
  • Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually
  • Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
  • Stay current with industry best practices and applicable laws, and educate boards accordingly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property or community Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite
  • Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling interruptions
  • Strong team-player orientation and willingness to assist others
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Passion for customer service
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor
