  • Inform strategic planning through market intelligence
  • Partner with leadership and Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience departments
  • Lead and develop a growing sales team while driving cross-departmental collaboration
  • Work in office settings, virtual meetings, client sites, board meetings, and industry events
  • Travel frequently for corporate meetings, communities, board meetings, sales presentations, and client sites
  • Conduct community or property walk-throughs and attend construction sites or active maintenance zones when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
  • Track record of high performance in new business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate offices, communities, Board meetings, and sales presentations
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
