About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and clients
  • Confirm orders and request status updates
  • Schedule site surveys, provisioning calls, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Ensure open items are resolved
  • Maintain accurate Sitetracker records, including project tasks, milestone dates, ownership fields, and order statuses
  • Coordinate vendors, clients, and internal team members across U.S. time zones
  • Track vendor orders, agreements, approvals, aging items, missing information, and upcoming deadlines
  • Monitor project activity and identify potential issues early
  • Maintain accurate Excel, Google Sheets, and related trackers
  • Prepare and communicate clear status updates between vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Keep sourcing-team data current, communication flowing, and orders moving

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with vendors and clients through email, Slack, and video meetings
  • Confident and courteous follow-up style
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to identify missing dates, incomplete information, and records that do not match current project status
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new tools, including CRM and project management systems
  • Self-directed, dependable, and process-minded
  • Judgment to manage recurring tasks and raise issues before they become roadblocks
  • Hands-on experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce, or a comparable project management or CRM platform preferred
  • Experience in telecom, logistics, procurement, operations, customer support, or another role requiring frequent coordination and follow-through preferred
