About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and office logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide administrative support as needed.
- Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and organize and coordinate team meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Familiar with basic budgeting or financial responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
