About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for key national and enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate national account strategy with regional and local business development, project management, and clinical teams
  • Resolve service issues and ensure smooth implementation and onboarding
  • Manage procurement, operations, and executive-level stakeholder relationships
  • Act as an escalation point for high-priority client issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Represent the customer voice internally to influence product and service improvements
  • Identify opportunities to expand into adjacent verticals
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and pilot programs for new account types or service models
  • Work with commercial, clinical, administrative, operational, and CardioNavix leadership teams when applicable
  • Provide routine progress and issue updates to customers, management, and operations personnel
  • Travel as required to manage vendor and customer relations, performance, negotiations, and issues
  • Multitask remotely and while traveling to progress and follow through on open issues and projects
  • Instruct new employees and coworkers
  • Apply CDL Company Objectives of “Best Appropriate Patient Care”
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have an associate degree in Nuclear Medicine
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be board certified by the NMTCB and/or AART
  • Must have 3–5 years of Director-level experience in Nuclear Cardiology/PET management
  • Demonstrated creativity in improving work routines and completing assigned projects
  • Expert communication, human relations, organizational, and clinical/technical Nuclear Cardiac training skills
  • Professionalism and poise to deal with conflict and emergencies
  • Ability to deal with change as it occurs
  • Willingness to travel to sites to meet new customers, understand project scope, and oversee clinical and technical aspects
  • Ability to follow set procedures and standards
  • Ability to safely navigate construction sites
  • Ability to handle stressful situations during peak workloads
  • Ability to lift and/or move approximately 10–50 pounds
  • Must maintain business and patient confidentiality
  • Must be able to work effectively across commercial, clinical, operational, and administrative teams
