About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute sourcing activities using defined sourcing plans and guidance
- Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
- Review resumes against defined role requirements
- Support candidate outreach using approved messaging
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct talent research to identify target companies and skill profiles
- Assist with market mapping and pipeline development
- Prepare candidate research summaries and talent lists
- Track sourcing activity to support reporting and visibility
- Partner with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing team to align sourcing efforts
- Participate in intake and calibration discussions
- Follow established sourcing processes and governance standards
- Provide feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles
- Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to corporate or agency recruiting environments preferred
- Experience supporting multiple roles simultaneously preferred
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing practices preferred
