About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Quote Microsoft anniversaries, renewals and other functions supporting the Microsoft team
- Develop relationships between CDW, Microsoft partner managers and the operations team
- Prepare and quote Microsoft EA/ESA/SCE/Campus anniversaries and renewals
- Prepare MPSA/Open/OV/OVS anniversaries and renewals
- Manage CSP anniversaries and client CSP requirements
- Support and assist with Microsoft queries
- Manage and forecast Microsoft anniversaries and renewals pipelines
- Use Microsoft portals to collate and provide requested information
- Prepare EA/ESA/SCE renewal quotes six months before renewal dates
- Prepare EA/ESA/SCE anniversary quotes three months before anniversary dates
- Prepare CSP/MPSA/OV/OVS quotes 60 days before renewal dates
- Cross-reference Microsoft portals to ensure anniversaries and renewals are not missed
- Achieve minimum quote SLA targets set by management
- Maintain accurate forecasting against performance targets
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive sales success and ensure clean contract processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educated to A-Level/GCSE or equivalent will be considered
- Minimum 12 months Microsoft LAR, Reseller or Distribution experience is desirable
- Experience of Microsoft portals desirable
- Knowledge of the Microsoft and CCS MoU
- Knowledge of different Public Sector frameworks
- Knowledge of different Public Sector verticals
- Hold latest Microsoft MCP accreditations or achieve within 12 months (MLSE, MLSS, BVPS) and any additional vendor accreditations is advantageous
- Ability to use MS Office, particularly Navision, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of IT products favourable
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Curiosity, learner’s mindset, willingness to engage with evolving technology and tools
