About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Security Cyber & Physical Professional Services teams to achieve financial, utilization, revenue, retention, mobility, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence targets
  • Ensure professional services operates at peak performance and aligns with market demand
  • Build relationships with customer decision makers, including CISOs, Security Directors, and Managers
  • Lead customer sales calls, services pricing, sales strategies, and customer strategies for services opportunities
  • Educate sales teams and customers about CDW Security practice services offerings and capabilities
  • Conduct face-to-face customer loyalty meetings (QBRs) for top services customers
  • Establish relationships with internal customers, vendor partners, and OEM contacts
  • Validate and approve pricing, scopes of work, and contracts for large or strategic engagements
  • Oversee strategic customer engagements and programs
  • Drive continuous improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects
  • Manage Senior Managers leading Security domain professional services functions, including Project Management
  • Coach and develop management teams and coworkers; provide performance feedback
  • Recruit and retain professional services coworkers and monitor coworker satisfaction
  • Set and manage coworker budgets and oversee compensation processes
  • Lead operational planning, capacity planning, staff planning, skills readiness, budgets, financial performance, and monthly forecasts
  • Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, training, internal projects, and required resources and tools
  • Expand the services portfolio and define and launch new services offerings
  • Identify skill requirements and build capabilities internally or through partners
  • Implement methodologies for rolling out new products and plan staffing for new technologies
  • Collaborate across Sales, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to drive new offerings and customer demand
  • Champion CDW’s vision of becoming an AI-fluent organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience and skill set commensurate with the stated pay range
  • Ability to lead Security Cyber & Physical Professional Services teams
  • Ability to manage Senior Managers and professional services functions, including Project Management
  • Ability to manage financial performance, budgets, forecasts, utilization, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Ability to develop services offerings, capabilities, partnerships, and team skill sets
  • Ability to perform capacity planning and organizational resource planning
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Presales, Solutions, PPM, Marketing, Finance, Contracting, EBO, RevOps, Executive, Legal, Coworker Services, Talent Acquisition, Managed Services, AXIS, and partner services
  • Comfortable exploring AI to enhance strategy, decision-making, and team performance
  • Ability to recruit, retain, coach, and develop professional services coworkers
  • Ability to implement operational best practices, automation, and delivery methodologies
