About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to develop, deliver, and manage investment programs
  • Articulate CDW’s investment opportunities across marketing, incentives, and product promotions
  • Align investment opportunities with partner strategies
  • Coordinate program effectiveness reporting and recommend future efforts
  • Meet or exceed financial results for the assigned function and area
  • Deliver excellent experiences to internal and external customers
  • Develop knowledge of CDW’s category, partner go-to-market strategies, and funding sources
  • Position CDW investment opportunities to internal and external customers
  • Uncover, qualify, position, negotiate, and close investment opportunities
  • Communicate program results to internal and external customers
  • Track, analyze, and update leadership on the assigned book of business
  • Achieve quarterly checkpoints for frameworks and effectiveness reporting for top partners
  • Conduct trainings on Partner Investment processes, programs, and tools
  • Analyze data to make business decisions
  • Engage assigned partners and maintain ongoing communication about issues, initiatives, meetings, and conferences
  • Identify business challenges or risks and escalate them to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years sales/marketing experience OR 6 years’ experience in sales/marketing
  • Proficient communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with and present to all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct and favorably close negotiations
  • Self-motivated with a history of working independently
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Proven record of multitasking and identifying priorities
  • Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in the technology industry
  • Sales incentives experience
