About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for CDW DeviceCycle programs aligned to AIG
  • Drive growth, adoption, and expansion across targeted customer segments and sales channels
  • Partner with CDW sales, Lifecycle Services, OEM, AIG, and operational teams to support programs and resolve needs
  • Identify, evaluate, and build new DeviceCycle opportunities aligned with customer lifecycle challenges
  • Support opportunity pipelines through qualification, solution positioning, forecasting, and performance visibility
  • Lead or support customer discussions, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development
  • Define program requirements, pricing inputs, operational workflows, support models, and launch documentation
  • Create field enablement, training, messaging, and best-practice resources
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitive trends and recommend program enhancements
  • Provide AIG leadership and operations with market trends and client/prospect intelligence to support product development and pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in technology market
  • Strong understanding of device lifecycle services, including repair, warranty, accidental damage protection, spare device continuity, deployment, refresh, recovery, and disposition programs
  • Demonstrated ability to support, position, and grow DeviceCycle or related lifecycle services programs across sales channels, customer segments, and partner ecosystems
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and developing new program opportunities aligned with customer device management challenges
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, Lifecycle Services, OEM, AIG, operations, finance, legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong business development skills, including pipeline building, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and value messaging
  • Excellent presentation, written communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • High energy and team-oriented
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed to other CDW locations or client sites
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions
  • Ability to excel in a high-touch, high-volume environment
  • Experience with device lifecycle services, warranty, accidental damage protection, repair, or related technology services programs, preferred
  • Proven success developing, launching, or growing technology services programs, preferred
  • Demonstrated business development experience, preferred
