About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support successful execution of professional services engagements within assigned accounts, segments, or regions
Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and internal CDW partners
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and expectations to align services solutions
Participate in account planning, client-facing discussions, and client business reviews
Support the delivery lifecycle, including consultation, service design, implementation, and support
Assist with defining project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans
Coordinate across services practices to support engagement execution and resource alignment
Partner with sales professionals, pre-sales consultants, and project managers
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop client-aligned services solutions
Support documentation, standardization, and alignment of service offerings with best practices
Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
Provide updates on engagement status, risks, and opportunities
Monitor services financial performance and escalate variances
Support CDW-first delivery strategies and billable utilization targets
Identify delivery risks, support mitigation planning, and escalate issues
Identify additional-services opportunities and support services expansion discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles supporting client engagements OR 9 years of work experience in those roles
Experience supporting technology services engagements
Ability to support moderately complex technology projects aligned to business objectives
Ability to understand client needs and contribute to client discussions
Ability to participate in discussions related to delivery issues, risks, and escalations with guidance from senior leaders
Experience supporting project plans, schedules, and execution activities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on client success
Ability to influence through collaboration and partnership
Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed
Experience working in cross-functional team environments is a plus
PMP or services-related certifications is a plus
Consulting or enterprise client exposure is a plus
