About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, scope, and attach Mission Cloud Professional Services, including migrations, modernization, and GenAI/data engineering
  • Attach Managed Services to accelerate client transformation and support long-term operational health
  • Maintain weekly customer strategy touchpoints, on-site planning sessions, and structured QBRs
  • Audit client goals, technical roadmaps, and KPIs to connect engagements to ROI, agility, cost efficiency, and time-to-market
  • Lead quarterly strategy sessions and executive reviews covering operational metrics, milestones, and technology roadmaps
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-suite, VP of Engineering, and IT Operations stakeholders
  • Co-sell and engage with AWS account teams, solutions architects, and internal delivery practices
  • Identify expansion, cross-sell, and recurring managed service opportunities through customer advisory and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in consultative technology sales or account management
  • Proven track record positioning and closing complex Professional Services engagements and recurring Managed Services contracts within cloud ecosystems
  • Ability to frame sales conversations around customer business outcomes, ROI, and strategic transformations
  • Consistent weekly customer engagement and regular virtual and in-person customer-facing interactions
  • Experience leading collaborative strategy workshops
  • Ability to articulate business impact and build trust with C-suite and technical decision-makers
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, or commitment to achieve it within the first 30 days of employment
  • Strong operational understanding of cloud architecture, managed operations, and professional services delivery models
  • Willingness to travel at least 40% to be on-site with clients, AWS partners, and key industry events
