About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the Enterprise AI Enablement Program and own its operating rhythm, plan, milestones, dependencies, status reporting, decision forums, and follow-through
  • Maintain the enablement roadmap with the Director, Talent Strategy & Planning
  • Represent coworker enablement in CDW’s AI360 enterprise AI governance forums
  • Partner with functional and regional leaders to build and activate enablement plans
  • Connect enablement efforts across CDW and resolve overlaps or conflicts
  • Support senior leaders with AI adoption and deliver or orchestrate leader and manager enablement sessions
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, IT, and Learning to translate responsible AI policy into practical guidance
  • Advise the Talent organization on AI-related changes and responses
  • Grow the AI Champion network from pilot to a sustainable, scaled community
  • Build and maintain external networks and bring practical best practices into CDW
  • Track external research on AI skills and translate it into skill definitions and enablement priorities
  • Coordinate with external partners and platforms supporting AI enablement
  • Establish repeatable operating standards so enablement scales across the enterprise
  • Maintain AI maturity measures and evolve them as capability advances
  • Partner on dashboards and reporting for organizational progress
  • Use adoption data, assessment results, and coworker feedback to identify stalled progress and adjust plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building; OR 11+ years of experience in those areas
  • Strong program and project management discipline, including planning, sequencing, dependency and risk management, status reporting, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience delivering at enterprise scale across multiple regions
  • Ability to build credibility and influence across functions, levels, and regions
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor on a specialized subject
  • Active internal and external networking experience, including building relationships and communities
  • Demonstrated practical application of AI and experience helping others apply it
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Comfort operating amid evolving technology and using sensible guardrails
  • Experience building or scaling a champion, ambassador, or community-of-practice network
  • Experience applying a maturity or capability model to assess an organization and shape a multi-year plan
  • Background in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, communications, or HR, or experience working closely with those functions
  • Experience partnering on responsible technology use, governance, or risk guidance
  • Experience in a multinational organization
