About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the partnership between CDW and Microsoft across UK and international entities
  • Lead commercial excellence, partner experience, sales and customer experience, and continual improvement initiatives
  • Review partner rebate schemes and targets and advise Solutions, PPM and sales leadership on actions to improve profitability
  • Own rebate profitability and maximise partner schemes, investments, programmes and profitability
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements for major partnerships
  • Document and drive sales accountability through partner plans, goal setting, QBRs, business planning and stakeholder mapping
  • Analyse partner opportunities, competitors and market landscape and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Lead partner investment and reinvestment opportunities across funded heads, marketing and rebates
  • Collaborate with OCTO, Solutions, Sales and Managed/Professional Services teams to drive partner-related services
  • Deliver executive-level engagements, QBRs, partner and customer events
  • Grow programme opportunities and revenue with the Programmes and Incentives Specialist
  • Manage partner internal and external communications
  • Articulate CDW’s strategy, propositions, GTMs and value statement to partner stakeholders
  • Deliver partner enablement programmes with sales teams
  • Maintain partner compliance, including accreditations, contracts and certifications
  • Manage partner ROI, governance plans and reviews
  • Lead relevant communications to sales and drive seller adoption
  • Serve as an escalation point for sales and customer issues within the partner
  • Support, mentor or coach the Programmes and Incentives Specialist and other practice roles
  • Connect regularly with US and Canada PPM teams on best practices and global partner approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft partner management role or equivalent in the IT Channel
  • Understanding of the channel, CDW’s market, competition and how CDW wins
  • Ability to lead teams and large partner programs
  • Clear and articulate communication skills
