About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver implementation services across clients and technologies
- Act as a mentor and technical escalation point in subject matter expert areas
- Provide expert knowledge for issue resolution, standards, design, best practices, quality, and reference target architectures
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, customers, and other stakeholders
- Create technical documentation and support/review PS Costings sheets
- Produce Low Level Designs and Statements of Work
- Run project design workshops
- Present technical documentation to customers
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within agreed time, quality, scope, and cost parameters
- Assist in designing Proofs of Concept
- Create or support test documentation and test scenarios
- Meet or exceed personal and business objectives and KPI targets
- Evaluate systems, standards, documentation, and procedures and recommend improvements
- Coach and mentor other coworkers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable skills and knowledge in a relevant technology area
- Professional certifications, e.g. Cisco CCDA, MS-500, MS AI102
- Previous Professional Services / Consultancy role experience
- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide technical leadership in an SME area
- Ability to effectively manage own time
- Ability to develop and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work well as part of a team and be self-motivated
- Continual self-improvement and innovation
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
- Curiosity, learner’s mindset, and willingness to engage with evolving technology and tools
