About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult, design, plan, and implement complex technical projects
- Support Sales and Solutions teams with technical expertise
- Design and deliver implementation services across diverse clients and technologies
- Act as a mentor and technical escalation point for subject-matter expertise
- Provide expert knowledge for issue resolution, standards, design, best practices, and reference target architectures
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, customers, and other stakeholders
- Create technical documentation, including Low Level Designs and Statements of Work
- Run project design workshops
- Present technical documentation to customers
- Renew and upgrade required certifications
- Ensure assigned projects meet agreed time, quality, scope, and cost parameters
- Assist with Proof of Concept design
- Create or support test documentation and test scenarios
- Meet or exceed personal and business objectives and KPI targets
- Evaluate systems, standards, documentation, and procedures and recommend improvements
Requirements

- Professional certifications, e.g., Cisco CCNP, MS PL900, MS AZ204
