About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure monthly that expenses are allocated correctly, recording provisions when necessary
- Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately within established deadlines
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support the team in the development and implementation of projects
- Liaise with external auditors
- Analyze and implement improvements to accounting controls
- Support the preparation of the group companies’ financial statements in accordance with Brazilian accounting standards and legislation for submission to external audit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Accounting experience focused on cost allocation and provisions is considered a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
