About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, governance, architecture, and operations of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Ensure that employees, third parties, non-human accounts, and privileged accounts have appropriate access to corporate resources
Define and evolve the enterprise strategy for IAM, PAM, CIEM, and Access Governance
Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for IGA, PAM, CIAM, CIEM, Governance, IAM Architecture, and IAM Operations
Ensure the execution of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver)
Establish risk-based access controls, segregation of duties, and least privilege
Lead Access Review, access certification, and regulatory compliance programs
Manage platforms such as SailPoint, Segura, Ping, and HashiCorp
Lead automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives for IAM services
Ensure the governance of privileged accounts and non-human identities (NHIs)
Serve as the primary IAM point of contact for audits, regulatory bodies, and cybersecurity requirements
Define metrics, targets, and plans to advance identity security maturity
Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and the department’s strategic roadmap
Support executive leadership in decisions regarding access and identity risks
Reduce the risks associated with inappropriate access and excessive privileges
Increase provisioning and deprovisioning automation
Enhance compliance and audit readiness
Strengthen the security of privileged accounts and digital identities
Continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency
Advance the organization’s maturity in Identity Security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of IAM, IGA, PAM, CIAM, and CIEM
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
Knowledge of SailPoint ISC/IIQ
Knowledge of security regulations and frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, BACEN, and LGPD
Knowledge of security in cloud environments
Knowledge of auditing, compliance, and risk management
Knowledge of security architecture
Knowledge of service and project management
