Plan, implement, and monitor results-oriented collections initiatives, ensuring the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency
Analyze Digital Collections KPIs
Configure rules in the Collections CRM
Create communication templates for each collections channel
Define the customer journey by segment and channel
Ensure targets and deadlines are met
Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports
Design and implement a digital collections strategy ladder
Maximize collections performance
Create a digital collections decision tree
Monitor and analyze results
Design collections tests and pilots
Adjust the collections strategy flow and approve settlement negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Experience managing collections portfolios for financial products
Proficiency in Excel, databases, planning, Control Desk, MIS, and Collections CRM
Experience implementing and/or working in physical and digital collections operations, as well as project management
Experience monitoring collections vendors
Willingness to travel and visit vendors
Experience being accountable for collections performance
