About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support regulatory obligations, including the preparation of the Reference Form and documents such as CVM Resolution 44 (formerly ICVM 358)
  • Support the preparation and publication of quarterly earnings materials, such as earnings releases and presentations
  • Develop and prepare presentations and internal materials shared with the Company’s executives
  • Actively participate in organizing calls and meetings with the market
  • Continuously update the investor relations website
  • Monitor share performance and changes in the shareholder base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in investor relations
  • Strong knowledge of finance, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Position also open to candidates with disabilities
