About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management and execution of the work plan related to implementing IFRS S1 and S2 standards
- Structure and systematize data and evidence, ensuring compliance with IFRS S1 and S2 standards
- Integrate ESG requirements into corporate processes in collaboration with internal departments
- Systematize ESG data and evidence for financial and non-financial reporting in collaboration with Accounting, Legal, and Risk teams
- Participate in preparing reports and supporting materials for audits
- Integrate ESG considerations into corporate frameworks, including IFRS S1/S2
- Contribute to the analysis of physical and transition climate risks, scenarios, and mitigation strategies
- Support the development of ESG controls and evidence
- Monitor the decarbonization plan, deadlines, deliverables, and updates
- Integrate decarbonization initiatives with related projects
- Map and manage greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and contribute to the corporate inventory
- Develop strategic presentations and reports for different audiences, including senior leadership
- Support executive materials by translating data and initiatives into clear messages
- Ensure clarity, visual consistency, and a cohesive narrative in communications
- Participate in sustainability forums, events, and working groups within the fashion industry
- Support internal engagement and training initiatives on ESG and climate-related topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification in the field is preferred
- Knowledge of sustainability indices, certifications, frameworks, and GHG inventories
- Professional experience in sustainability
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with digital systems and tools
- Knowledge of process or project coordination
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and integrated reporting
- English proficiency
- Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail and communication skills
