About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage inventory for physical stores and e-commerce, seeking to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory
Report on and monitor supply planning performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased performance
Analyze inventory by evaluating historical demand and forecasts, as well as seasonality and promotional factors
Prepare inventory for seasonal periods by monitoring sales acceleration and mitigating stockouts
Supply physical stores and e-commerce while aligning sales and stockout performance indicators with the commercial strategy
Assess variances and identify the root causes of supply planning issues, as well as develop and execute consistent action plans
Serve as the supply planning area’s focal point for matters related to the categories under your responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Availability to work in Alphaville, Barueri
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in supply planning, replenishment, or allocation
Knowledge of Supply Chain is desirable
