About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic support to a mid- to large-scale organizational program
  • Lead Cedars-Sinai system-wide strategy for social drivers of health screening, partnerships, and intervention programs
  • Coordinate program/project operations according to organizational standards
  • Maintain program/project schedules and agendas
  • Track deadlines and deliverables
  • Compose meeting minutes and correspondence for management and partners
  • Interface with departments, staff, leaders, and partners
  • Coordinate logistics and information as directed by leadership
  • Organize and coordinate featured events, outreach activities, meetings, and promotional materials
  • Represent the program and/or organization when applicable
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal staff and external parties
  • Provide education, training, onboarding, and mentorship when applicable
  • Support development and management of program/project budgets
  • Track budget and financial files and documents
  • Collaborate with departments, vendors, and community parties
  • Create management reports evaluating program/project performance and day-to-day operations
  • Document and track program/project compliance
  • Provide management feedback and recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, management or another relevant major preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience using program/project management and development procedures preferred
  • Experience with or passion for health equity, social drivers of health, community health worker programs or community partnerships a plus
