About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, mentor, and develop Solution Architects and Senior Developers across the full delivery lifecycle
- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and skills assessments
- Foster continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans, training programs, and certification paths
- Recruit, onboard, and retain integration talent
- Provide technical guidance and coaching during engagements
- Oversee and quality-review scalable integration solutions using Celigo integrator.io
- Ensure best practices for API integrations, AI agents, data transformation, security, governance, and performance optimization
- Lead or contribute to architecture reviews for complex integration engagements
- Resolve technical blockers on active projects
- Champion Celigo iPaaS, agentic services, MCP servers, and AI-enabled automation
- Drive consistent integration patterns, reusable templates, and methodology improvements
- Engage customers and partners as a senior technical representative
- Lead design workshops, business process assessments, and integration roadmap sessions
- Review and validate SOWs, project estimates, and solution designs
- Represent customer needs internally to influence product design and service offerings
- Support pre-sales with technical credibility and delivery-scoping expertise
- Own delivery KPIs including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and quality
- Scale delivery methodology, tooling, and documentation standards
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support for seamless customer journeys
- Contribute to tiger teams, methodology improvements, and knowledge-sharing programs
- Track iPaaS trends, AI/ML integration patterns, and the Celigo platform roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or MSIS preferred
- 12+ years of combined experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software or iPaaS environments
- 7+ years of direct people management experience leading technical delivery teams in a professional services or consulting context
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams of developers and/or solution architects across multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements and SOW definition through post-go-live support and knowledge transfer
- Strong background in client-facing delivery with a track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled integration patterns, LLMs, agentic services, or MCP server architectures
- Experience with ERP system integrations and cloud/SaaS platforms is required
- Deep understanding of iPaaS architecture patterns, middleware concepts, and cloud integration best practices
- Strong experience with API integrations and API management, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and token-based authentication
- Proficiency in or strong familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js
- Data transformation expertise across JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, and flat files
- Experience integrating and operationalizing AI/LLM services within enterprise integration workflows
- Familiarity with agentic architectures and orchestration concepts, including Celigo agentic services and MCP servers
- Understanding of integration lifecycle management
- Exceptional people leadership, problem-solving, communication, client-facing, business acumen, prioritization, ownership, learning, and collaboration abilities
- Hands-on experience with legacy integration methods is a plus
- Experience with Celigo integrator.io or comparable iPaaS platforms is strongly preferred
- Prior pre-sales or solution scoping experience is a plus
