About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Craft cloud-based solutions around SaaS and legacy application integrations
Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions
Write requirements and design documents defining solutions, integrations, assumptions, customizations, and use cases
Represent the customer internally and help shape product design and delivery
Provide design documents, business process assessments, change orders, and other deliverables during customer projects
Architect repeatable solutions for productization or reuse by service teams and partners
Work directly with customers on short- and long-term integration projects
Provide high-level architecture designs, roadmaps, and subject-matter expertise on Celigo products

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting, or business process consulting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Technical background required
Deep understanding of file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs
Solid knowledge of business operations, including quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay, and accounting
Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon
Extensive experience working with external customers in a pre-sales or consulting role
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines independently
MBA or MSIS preferred
Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions preferred
Understanding of LLM models and integration with existing systems preferred
Knowledge of API lifecycle management, SaaS/On Demand applications, and EDI is a plus
