About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, considering truck capacity, delivery distances, and unloading times
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to optimize delivery schedules
- Assign drivers for concrete product deliveries
- Generate sales reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address service quality issues
- Build internal relationships to understand and fulfill customer needs
- Record mix components for each load

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- Preferably 1 year of dispatching experience
- Proficiency in OSHA standards and regulations
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills
- Must wear protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Ability to work in outdoor industrial operations settings and varying conditions
- Ability to frequently walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and climb
