About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in Cemex’s 12-month Talent Development Program within the Aggregates division
- Rotate through Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management
- Collaborate and network with participants across Cemex business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain
- Learn and follow Cemex safety protocols and help ensure safety standards are met or exceeded
- Contribute to real projects through structured rotational learning
- Develop technical, transferable, leadership, analytical, and presentation skills through hands-on work and training
- Build relationships with peers, mentors, and company leaders
- Contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvements to Aggregate operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or above; preference for GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills
- Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or university projects
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Ability to work on-site in a mix of office and fieldwork environments
- Exposure to varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings
