About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 12-month Talent Development Program in the Aggregates division
  • Rotate through Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management
  • Participate in project-based learning and contribute to real projects
  • Collaborate and network across Cemex business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain
  • Learn and follow safety protocols and help ensure safety standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop technical, transferable, and leadership skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship
  • Build relationships with peers, mentors, and company leaders
  • Contribute innovative ideas and continuous-improvement initiatives in Aggregate operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recent bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or a related field
  • GPA of 2.5 or above; preference for a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills
  • Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or university projects
  • Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site, 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to work in office and field environments, including outdoor settings
