About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain a product roadmap supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and measurable business value
Support governance and investment decisions for platform capabilities, integrations, data management, process standardization, and technology enhancements
Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to define solution strategies and guide platform evolution
Optimize contract lifecycle processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
Oversee Icertis platform adoption, performance, and value realization by establishing success measures and evaluating outcomes
Provide guidance on product capabilities, governance standards, implementation best practices, and future-state contracting strategies
Drive enterprise contract digitization initiatives using Icertis capabilities
Translate business objectives into platform strategies and advise stakeholders on sustainable product investments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience supporting, managing, or owning enterprise software platforms
Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or comparable business-facing technology leadership role
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies, with Icertis experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships
Experience with enterprise contract digitization, legal operations, or procurement transformation initiatives
Experience working in highly regulated industries
Icertis certifications or equivalent platform administration and governance experience
