About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system
  • Maintain assigned supplier contract files and supplier relationships
  • Act as key contact for assigned suppliers
  • Support resolution of invoice inaccuracies
  • Establish and maintain contract documentation files
  • Validate contract maintenance reports and update the contract management database system
  • Maintain and analyze exception reports involving pricing and membership information
  • Analyze contract discrepancies, identify issues, and determine corrective actions
  • Coordinate complex issue resolution with internal departments and supplier representatives
  • Support EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers
  • Support management initiatives and process improvement efforts
  • Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing information
  • Receive, identify, and resolve assigned supplier contract discrepancies
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of contracts administration
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data/situations quickly
