About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system
- Maintain assigned supplier contract files and supplier relationships
- Act as key contact for assigned suppliers
- Support resolution of invoice inaccuracies and supplier contract issues
- Establish and maintain contract documentation files
- Validate contract maintenance reports and update the contract management database
- Maintain exception reports analyzing pricing and membership information
- Analyze contract discrepancies, identify issues, and determine appropriate resolutions
- Coordinate complex issue resolution with internal departments and supplier representatives
- Support EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers
- Support management initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing information
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program
- Minimum of two to three years of related experience
- Working knowledge of contracts administration
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data/situations quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through difficult tasks
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to make sound decisions to achieve goals

- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
