  • Oversee district resources by managing budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting financial needs, making staffing decisions, and optimizing personnel allocation across territories
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with privacy regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, reimbursement services, training, and quality assurance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations and services, patient services, case management, field operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Clinical licensure in good standing preferred
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), or equivalent certification preferred
  • Certification in project or program management, process improvement, privacy, compliance, or pharmaceutical operations preferred
