About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Group Policies for endpoint and user requirements
Develop, implement, and optimize Intune policies aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards
Lead transition of on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions and prepare for Microsoft Entra migration
Harmonize application-owner business requirements with endpoint policies
Manage and optimize MECM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and NinjaOne platforms
Use Microsoft cloud-native technologies and Microsoft Graph API to automate endpoint management
Troubleshoot endpoint engineering issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, business stakeholders, and security teams
Advocate for end-user productivity and minimize disruption during policy changes
Support CIS Levels 1 and 2 endpoint hardening and security compliance
Provide technical expertise in security meetings
Mentor junior engineers and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Drive strategic endpoint management initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

20+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, primarily focused on Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Intune policies
Expertise managing MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and similar endpoint platforms
Experience transitioning on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions, particularly Intune, and preparing for Microsoft Entra migrations
Experience with Microsoft cloud-native technologies, including Microsoft Graph API and Azure Active Directory
Exceptional troubleshooting skills across endpoint engineering platforms, operating systems, and user domains
Experience in large global organizations with tens of thousands of users and endpoints
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, projects, and demands across multiple time zones
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong collaboration skills across infrastructure, security, and business teams
Preferred: enterprise-scale endpoint experience
Preferred: certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect
Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Entra and endpoint and identity management integration
