About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog for monitoring digital products, including Temperature Monitor Selection, RTTM/RTLM services, and monitoring integration and automation
- Own the Temperature Monitor Selection capability, including selection logic, user workflow, data-source alignment and product direction
- Own the improvement backlog for real-time temperature and location monitoring services (Argos)
- Prioritise fixes for missing RTTM/RTLM URLs and other integration failures
- Define business requirements and acceptance criteria across TMS, X-Act, Customer Portal, Digital Control Tower, eMDM and downstream systems
- Coordinate with IT development teams on integrations and updates
- Support digital enablement of monitor ship units
- Advance automated shipment creation, report generation and delivery, alerting and customer communications
- Work with Operations and Customer Service to validate workflows, gather feedback and improve usability
- Collaborate with QA, Cold Chain Packaging, Procurement, Packaging Fleet Management, vendors and other Product Owners
- Drive adoption, integration reliability, report-generation performance and reduced manual effort
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product ownership or product management, with a strong track record in agile environments
- Experience owning a roadmap and prioritising a backlog for digital products or services, and writing business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with IT development teams on system integrations across several platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and influence without formal authority in a global, matrixed organisation
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and KPIs to prioritise and measure outcomes
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones
- Knowledge of logistics systems (TMS or similar), customer portals, or IoT and real-time tracking solutions is highly desirable
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare or logistics is highly desirable
- Agile or product certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO or similar) are a plus
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
